You are invited to join a group of participants to respond to the question “how much room is there in the (art) world for redundancy?” and to help create an evolving conversation piece that expresses current thinking on this topic.
Participants will discuss the degree of similarity allowable and the amount of competition necessary in the field of cultural production, as well as how awareness and overlap of similar practices may be pointing toward alternate forms of cultural practice in the 21st century.
Event initiated by Lars Fischer and Scott Rigby
Discussion panels designed by Basekamp.
All contributors will be credited as collaborators in the event.
Participation is free and open to the public
