Eyal Weizman is a Professor of Architecture at the Academy of Fine Arts
in Vienna and Director of Goldsmiths Centre of Architectural Research in
London. His forthcoming books are An Archipelago of Exception with
Anselm Franke and Thomas Keenan, and The Politics of Verticality.
Recent exhibitions and publications include A Civilian Occupation, The
Politics of Israeli Architecture, edited and curated with Rafi Segal, which
focuses on violations of human rights and international humanitarian law
through the use of architecture and planning. Eyal also co-curated the
exhibition and book Territories: Islands, Camps, and Other States of
Utopia.
