Lucy Orta invited 7 guests at this one off event to discuss current issues
of food.
Who creates food policies? Who chooses what to eat for dinner? Who produces
our food? Is trade fair? Should we think more before we shop? How far have
the contents of our fridges travelled and what is the state of school
dinners? Policy makers, food buyers, chefs, food producers, artists and
scientists have been invited to discuss food.
This was the 23rd food event in the series entitled Œ70 x 7 The Meal¹, an
ongoing project by Lucy and Jorge Orta.
