The evening will start with the screening of a documentary
followed by Q&A. Then BAZI Entertainment will spin the hottest
international beats, including Afghan, Iranian, Arabic, and Hindi.

A piece of modern history from the weeks when the Taliban regime was
being defeated. By the time, Safawi is about to have his first
vacation in two years, Mazar-e Sharif the second largest city in the
country, is liberated from the Taliban. Safawi has his mind made up.
He sees the opportunity to make fast money working as an interpreter
for foreign war correspondents. He is determined to build a house in
Kabul for his family as soon as the war is over.
The screening will be followed with a discussion with
Walied Osman, filmmaker of “Afghan Stories”
on filming in Afghanistan
