David Rose, investigative journalist and contributing editor to Vanity Fair.
Rose is the author of a new book called Guantánamo: The War on Human Rights
(The New Press).
Lt. Cmdr. Charlie Swift, JAG. Swift is one of the advocate generals for
„enemy combatants‰ being held at the U.S. naval base at Guantánamo Bay,
Cuba.
Reed Brody, special counsel with Human Rights Watch. Brody is the author of
a new report, „Disappeared: the United States‚ Ghost Detainees,‰ which looks
at the incommunicado detention al-Qaeda leaders in „secret locations.‰
Meg Satterthwaite, research director, Center for Human Rights and Global
Justice, and an NYU Law professor.
Moderator: Smita Narula, executive director, Center for Human Rights and
Global Justice and an NYU law professor.
