1. About This Monday
Because of a snafu in scheduling this week’s reading from Thomas Keenan’s
Fables of Responsibility will occur in a couple of weeks. We will instead work
with a looser structure that we may use in the future for introducing authors/critics/
theorists we are less familiar with.
Each person attending, will be asked to read just one of a handful of texts available
online and we will convene to discuss the specific ideas in the readings and get
an idea of the general parameters of Keenan’s work.
There is one text attached, and this links up very nicely with our discussions. It takes
the situation in Sarajevo in relation to his writing on Museums.

2. Choice of Readings
They are of different lengths and subjects. The topics center around
memory, responsibility, witness, television, the political, recent politics in
Bosnia/Serbia/Kosova, museums and memory etc., responsibility.
Below you will find some links to a few interesting articles as well as the link
to the general list. Below that you will find a text that seemed quite interesting.
See you tonight.
